Thanks to everyone who auditioned for Blackwell Live. The following acts
have been confirmed!
Signed Claude, Ronnie, and Fleur -- the LBD.
*Christy Sullivan
An all around smashing sort of lad, Christy sings songs like "Fly Me to the
Moon," that were probably on the charts in 1802, but somehow he pulls them
off.
*Death Knell
With their raggedy clothes, uneven lipstick, and smudged eyeliner, Death
Knell look exactly like they'd staggered from the film set of Attack of the
Killer Zombies. They sound like a weird assortment of steel drums, crashing
electronic noises, bass guitars and melodic flutes.
*Lost Messiah
Fronted by the fabulously difficult Jimi Steele, who wrote a special song
that may or may not be about LBD's Ronnie Riperton.
*Guttersnipe
The groups leader, Liam, is the type who'd call LBD nerds for even dreaming
up Blackwell Live in the first place, and the band is a tiny bit shaky, but
extremely good nevertheless.
*Catwalk
Led by the loathsome Panama Goodyear, this all-singing, all-dancing pop
group are local favorites.
*The EZ-Life Syndicate
A hot hip-hop group from the school across town, Chasterton Secondary.
*Blackwell Bell Ringing Society
The schools official bellringers, this group may have a trick or two up
their collective sleeves.
